IND vs AUS 4th Test Day 1, Live Cricket Score Updates: The Australian top order Konstas, Usman Khawaja, Marnus Labuschange, and Steve Smith scored half-centuries which has put the hosts in a dominant position at the end of Day-1 in Melbourne at 311/6 against India. Smith and Pat Cummins remain unbeaten at the end of Day’s play.

Earlier Cummins won the toss and opted to bat first. The hosts managed to dominate the first two sessions before Jasprit Bumrah returned to pick up three wickets. Washington Sundar, Ravindra Jadeja, and Akash Deep chipped in with a wicket each.

The series is all square at 1-1 after India won the first Test in Perth and Australia pulled one back in Adelaide. Due to rain interruptions, the third Test in Brisbane ended up as a draw.
