Saif Ali Khan’s discharge formalities have been completed, and he is expected to leave the hospital soon. While Kareena Kapoor and Karisma Kapoor are not expected to accompany him, Saif will depart with his mother, Sharmila Tagore, and daughter, Sara Ali Khan. The discharge process is scheduled between 3:30 and 4:00 PM, as confirmed by his team. Kareena, who had earlier completed formalities, is at home preparing for Saif’s return. 

Doctors have recommended a month of bed rest following Saif’s recent surgery near the spine. At home, arrangements have reportedly been made to ensure a comfortable recovery. Security around Saif’s residence has been tightened, with Mumbai Police deployed. While it is unclear whether he will use a private car or ambulance, medical staff may accompany him for safety during the journey.
